Complaints Procedure
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Causingrussia Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Causingrussia Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Causingrussia Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@causingrussia.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
